The popular conception was spun by the press corps like a clay urn: McVeigh, the volatile minute man, was so bitter after failing to make the Army’s “elite” Special Forces, so stuffed full of the froth of the Turner Diaries, that he vented his rage on the Alfred Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City.

But Captain Terry Guild, McVeigh’s’ former platoon leader, told reporters that the failure to become a Green Beret left the Iraq War veteran “upset. Not angry. Just very, very disappointed.” In the Army, he demonstrated a willingness to carry out orders, any orders. He trained on his own time while other soldiers languished in their bunks or caroused at the PX. (more…)

Is this the same man?

Definition:  PATSY:  A patsy is someone set up to take the fall for a crime in someone else’s place.

Everyone knows the story of McVeigh and how he was arrested and put into prison and put to death
(was he really?) for the bombing of the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, OK in 1995. But do you know the ‘whole’ story?  Not by a long shot.

I believe that even McVeigh didn’t know the whole story.

What may seem like conspiracy theories surrounding the April 19, 1995 bombing of the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, have been given more credibility do to newly released internal defense memos for Timothy James McVeigh, who was convicted and executed for his role as “Mastermind” and “Lone Wolf Bomber.” McVeigh, who was said to have orchestrated the bombing with minimal help from two Army buddies, may not have been what he seemed.

A source out of Austin, Texas memorialized in the documents gives weight to previous evidence and supports the existence of a real life conspiracy theory. The source […] D (more…)
